I invented anger to mobilize you to change something that may harm you and your loved ones. Anger is for those times when you need bursts of energy. But never a constant companion!

P.S. Anger is acid, Kristina. It cleans dirt. But if it stays too long, it destroys. Faultfinders, the mistrustful and the irritable don’t know how anger is destroying them little by little. Use anger sparingly, Kristina.
