Get a second, third, fourth and fifth opinion *the more, the merrier*
Do the research – Online libraries are great; Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Ebay, Clickbank for products

And when you run out of options, your loved ones are always there to help.

Finally, when in doubt, it always helps to seek Divine intercession. To quote the Blessed Virgin Mary, “Don’t forget about Jesus!”

Salvation Is A Pure Gift

Salvation is a pure gift. Salvation is grace -- a free gift. Everyone has access, should we choose to accept God's offer. It's right there on His table and it's up to us to reach for it and accept Jesus into our lives, along with the Father's love and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Lord, continue to use me to help build Your kingdom. In your mighty name Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Store Heavenly Teasures -- That's Where My Heart Is

Matthew 6:19-21

Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Seek Good!

Amos 5:14-15

Seek good, not evil,
that you may live.
Then the LORD God Almighty will be with you,
just as you say he is.
Hate evil, love good;
maintain justice in the courts.
Perhaps the LORD God Almighty will have mercy
on the remnant of Joseph.

Isaiah 1:16-17

Wash and make yourselves clean.

plead the case of the widow.

29 Simple Things You Can Do To Have A Fantastic 2011

I was so happy to receive a 2011 planning guide from one of my favorite mentors, Bo Sanchez. I've added my own comments but feel free to make this your own. Hope this helps. Have a prosperous 2011 everyone. Be fortunate. God bless us all!

My message today: The keys to success are simple. I believe that real genius lies in sticking to the simple. I’d like to give you 29 simple things that you can do this year that will revolutionize your life.

If you do these 29 simple things, 2011 will be a blast!

1. Laugh with inspiring friends at least once a week or more
2. Have Mentors in the most important areas of your life
3. Walk 30 minutes a day – K!
4. Use your talents for God by serving in a ministry – K!
5. Invest 20% of your income every month – K!
6. Read one inspiring book a month - my personal choices
Jan - How to Build a Happy Family
Feb - There’s No Place Like Here
March - Wake up the Healer in You
7. Cut TV watching to the barest minimum (Zero is a good number)!!!
8. Limit newspaper reading to 5 minutes or less a day – eh…
9. Take vacations often – June and December!!!
10. Eat fruits for breakfast - fruit salad k?
11. Always have a salad for lunch and dinner – start with potato salad!
12. Start a business (or improve your business) this year – hmmm... interesting
13. Always be grateful to God and others – Thank God always
14. Always live by your deepest values – charity, honesty and integrity
15. Spend time with God everyday – walk to church after work & visit Jesus (Blessed Sacrament, Holy Mass)
16. Play with your kids at least once a week (If you don’t have any, borrow.) – K!
17. Have a weekly date with your spouse (If you don’t have any, don’t borrow!) – K!
18. Date your parents regularly – spend time with Lola (meals, prayer time, and chika)
19. Before you sleep, remove all anger by forgiveness – talk with God
20. Be the kindest person you can be – give without expecting anything in return
21. Find your passion and live it fully – music and writing
22. Give more hugs (and receive as many) – Amen.
23. Listen to understand, not to reply – Amen.
24. Celebrate more often – yay!
25. Put people over projects – definitely!
26. Enjoy quiet and solitude – meditate, walk to church, jog under our bridge
27. Always give 10% of your income to God – Amen.
28. Keep dreaming – Yes, I will! Thank you Jesus!J
